Hunters Troll PETA When Campaign Backfires
I am and always will be a PROUD SPORTSMAN. Spending time with my family in search of wild game has, and always will be, the source of my fondest memories. Anti-Hunting groups like PETA, don't understand the impact hunting has on families like mine and countless others in our state.
PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has managed to make tons of money, by simply "stirring the pot" and attacking hunting traditions. The Anti-Hunting group recently created a Facebook filter, that users can use as their profile picture. The filter simply says "Shoot Selfies, Not Animals." Hunters, like myself, could not resist the urge to slam PETA and post a photo of one of my successful hunts.
Now, some may say that simply posting the pictures are beneficial to PETA. Even if it shows slaughtered animals. But, the irony of the Pro-Hunting folks proudly posting our photos, is just too good to pass up.
