I have spent years watching professionals show off their skills in pole dancing. After countless hours of studying, and a few failed attempts myself, I can tell you it isn't easy. But, it is one of the best methods of both cardio workouts and building both upper body and core strength that you can do.

We honor pole as an aerial apparatus. We prioritize its foundation of gymnastics, athleticism, and creative arts. This 6 week series will graduate students from and intro to Pole into Level 1 skills.

For class wear shorts and bring a water bottle. Avoid metal buttons, zippers, rings, bracelets to protect our poles. If you have a lotion routine, it is best on days you know you will be attending class to wait until after class to put it on. Lotion will make it hard to get a grip on the pole.
