Okay, Missoula, listen up! ZEST is bringing some serious musical firepower to benefit the ZACC. Pearl Jam's Jeff Ament and Fitz and the Tantrums' John Wicks are joining forces with their collaboration known as Deaf Charlie. And, it is all happening on March 29th, 2025.

Yes, you read that right. They are two rock legends and fellow Missoulians. One night. Right here in town. If that doesn’t inspire you to brush off your flannel or pull out your dancing shoes, I don’t know what will.

What’s Up With Deaf Charlie?

In case you’ve been living under a rock (or just way too busy surfing the Clark Fork), Deaf Charlie is Ament and Wicks’ passion project. It has that gungy, alt-rock goodness we love, with a twist only these two could achieve. If you haven’t listened to it yet, do yourself a favor and make it the thing you queue up before the show.

ZEST Is More Than The Music

This festival is the complete package. Everything from live performances, art, food, and all for a good cause. Here’s what else you need to know:

  • Mini Art Auction
  • John Roberts Y Pan Blanco: A Latin-funk fusion to make you move.
  • Ballet Beyond Borders
  • Special FX
  • After-Party with DJ Auntie E: Dance, you know you want to, even if you act like you don’t.

Oh, and the Food? Only the good stuff!

Biga Pizza, Masala, Big Dipper, Bernice’s Bakery… do we need to say more? Add a local craft beer or cider to that, and you’ve got a perfect Missoula evening.
