We're only a couple of days into the year, but Missoula's comedy lineup is already starting to look pretty strong for 2022. This week, Steve-O and Mystery Science Theater 3000 Live are both coming to the Wilma, and in April, Trevor Noah will finally be performing at the Adams Center (after postponing the show by about 2 years thanks to COVID).

That's just in addition to the amazing roster of local comedians who perform in Missoula every week, of course. And now, you can add another rising comic to the list: Kate Willett will be performing at VFW Post 209 in Missoula on Saturday, January 29th.

Not familiar? Check out her clip from performing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Willett's been a regular on Comedy Central for a while, and also has a 15-minute special on Netflix's "Comedy Lineup." You can find out all the info you need about the show at this Facebook event page.

Think you'll be checking her show out in Missoula? I've been trying to see more comedy shows when I can - last year in Missoula, I got to see Kyle Kinane perform at the Giggle Box, and I saw a pretty great show with comedians at the Cymatic Fermentation Project. Plus every month, the Roxy Theater hosts Revival Comedy Open Mic, which highlights new and established comedians and is free and open to the public.

I am still waiting for one of my favorite comedians to finally make his way to Missoula, though. I am, of course, referring to Fozzie Bear from the Muppets.
