Kids Fishing Derby This Weekend at Mccormick Park

It is time for your little angler to organize the tackle box, and for parents to master the art of untangling fishing line. Missoula Parks and Recreation will be hosting a kids fishing derby this Saturday (5/20/17) at Mccormick Park.

With freshly stocked fish, and the possibility of landing some lunkers, kids are sure to have a blast.

AGES: 3 -14 (kids 12+ must have valid fishing license)

COST: $1

Derby Starts at 9am and goes until 11am

This event is geared for all abilities, and we’ll provide adaptive equipment so everyone can join in on the fun! A limited number of poles are available—please bring your own if you can. Prizes for different categories!
