Missoula Will Celebrate 420 With a Free Block Party
As of today, we are one month out from one of the biggest holidays of the year, April 20th. This will also mark Montana's first 420 holiday since the legalization of recreational marijuana in our state.
420 falls on the Wednesday after Easter this year and the rad peeps that run the Montana State Hemp & Cannabis Festival are throwing a free party in downtown Missoula. The 3rd annual 420 Block Party will take place on West Front Street from noon to 10 p.m. with live bands, food & craft vendors, and live glass blowing. The Montana State Providers Cup Award Ceremony will also be held and the celebration is totally free to attend and all ages are welcome.
It really is a fun, family-friendly event with providers on hand and lots of educational materials. Your bands are 420 faves Indubious, Jon Wayne & The Pain, Enzymes, Gipsy, and Missoula vets, Voodoo Horseshoes.
The Montana State Hemp & Cannabis Festival is held annually at Lolo Hot Springs. This year's event will be held the weekend of September 9th to 11th, you can find more info here.
