If you were anywhere near downtown Missoula yesterday, you could tell there was a celebration going on. What kind of celebration? A celebration of all things cannabis in Montana. The Montana State Cannabis and Hemp Festival organizers put together a fun party in downtown Missoula. A party that brought the community and cannabis culture together as one.

A huge party takes over downtown Missoula to celebrate 4/20.

The 3rd annual 420 Block Party was a good time to be had by all. With recreational marijuana now legal in Montana, party-goers were free to express their LOVE for cannabis. The party was a family-friendly event that features live entertainment, as well as local providers and local businesses.

Who is the best of the best in Montana cannabis providers and growers?

The Montana State Providers Cup Award winners were also announced. With growers and providers from around the state competing for the best strains, terpenes, and overall quality. Professional glass bowers from around Montana created truly one-of-a-kind "cups" to be given to the winners in all different categories.

420 party was full of great music

Your bands were 420 faves Indubious, Jon Wayne & The Pain, Enzymes, Gipsy, and Missoula vets, Voodoo Horseshoes. Judging by the photos in the following gallery, there was no lack of dancing and overall good vibes at the event.

Big thanks to S. Kelley Art Photography and backyardmoo.com for hooking us up with photos from the event. We are excited to see the 4th annual party. Not to mention the upcoming Montana State Hemp & Cannabis Festival is held annually at Lolo Hot Springs. This year's event will be held the weekend of September 9th to 11th, you can find more info here.
