Missoula’s Turner Farms is Open for Fall Fun and Pumpkins
The weather has been amazing as we venture into the first full week of October. But things look like they're about to take a turn to the chillier side. If the cooler temps that are on the way will have you getting into the fall spirit - it might make you remember that because of COVID we have fewer activities to enjoy with the countdown to Halloween this year.
It's already been announced that the MissoulaMaze will not be open for the season and there will also be no Missoula Haunted House this year. But if you're looking for something to do with the family - Turner Farms in Missoula is open, albeit in a reduced capacity. The annual Pumpkin Festival isn't happening but you can still visit the farm and find that perfect pumpkin to carve.
They'll be operating with limited hours but hope to be open through October 28th. Even though the farm will be on a bit of a reduced schedule - the Farm Store is open dusk to dawn.
We will have Covid protocols in place to keep you and our family safe. Please bring your mask and please honor social distancing. Our hope is that being open all month long, we can spread the crowd out and have less concentration of people!
If you want to have a family outing to pick out your pumpkins - visit Turner Farms at 3515 S. 3rd St. West in Missoula. And follow all their updates for the season on their Facebook page.
