Montana Adds 499 New COVID-19 Cases, 454,117 People Are Fully Immunized
As of Thursday morning, Montana has confirmed 121,877 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 499 new confirmed cases. There are currently 3,269 active cases in the state.
According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, 923,138 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 454,117 Montanans are fully immunized.
In Missoula, 130,079 doses have been administered and 64,789 people are fully immunized. 62% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which remains the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.
According to state statistics, 116,856 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 200 people are currently hospitalized.
The number of tests increased by 4,318 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 1,571,218.
The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 1,749 on Wednesday to 1,752 on Thursday, according to state health officials.
