Montana Adds 632 New COVID-19 Cases, 2nd Highest Amount This Year
As of Tuesday morning, Montana has confirmed 120,946 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 632 new confirmed cases. There are currently 3,014 active cases in the state.
According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, 918,308 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 452,200 Montanans are fully immunized.
In Missoula, 130,079 doses have been administered and 64,789 people are fully immunized. 62% of Missoula's eligible population are fully vaccinated, which remains the most in the state. You can find the current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department right here.
According to state statistics, 116,189 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 206 people are currently hospitalized.
The number of tests increased by 5,004 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 1,560,886.
The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 1,736 on Monday to 1,743 on Tuesday, according to state health officials.
