As of Tuesday morning, Montana has confirmed 4,314 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 82 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,484 active cases in the state.

Montana reported 857 new cases last week and 826 the week before. There have been 142 new cases the past two days.

Missoula County has had a total of 267 confirmed cases and 86 cases are currently active.

According to state statistics, 2,766 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and there are currently 70 people hospitalized.

The number of tests increased by 1,728 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 181,236.

The cumulative number of deaths in Montana remains at 64. No new deaths were reported in the past 24 hours. Since July 8, 2020, there have been 41 COVID-19 related deaths in the state.
