Mother Duck and Ducklings Invade Bozeman High School
We are no strangers to wildlife sightings here in Big Sky country. But, Bozeman High School is starting to look like a zoo. You may remember a story from 2015, of a black bear roaming the halls of Bozeman High School. Well, now the ducks are taking over the hallways.
In what has become an annual tradition, a mother duck lays her eggs in the courtyard of the school. When the ducklings are ready, the mom will peck at the door of the school, until someone lets her in. She then leads her ducklings through the halls of Bozeman High, and out into the nearby creek.
With Mother's Day coming, the following video is the perfect thing to share with all the Moms in your life.
