Pure Barre Tip of the Day
Okay so as you know, I'm a huge fan of the new Pure Barre Missoula location. Not only is the low-impact workout toning my entire body, it's also increasing my overall flexibility.
It's amazing how a slight tilt of your leg or an added arm extension can target a specific muscle group so completely that they begin to shake. Pure Barre instructors take 'burn it out' to a whole new level! Haha These classes target areas on our body that us women struggle with the most and you leave feeling like you've made real progress towards strengthening your 'problem' areas!
