It may still be summer here in western Montana. But, it is never to soon to start thinking ahead for Christmas. Now, Im not saying you should bust out the tree and the egg nog just yet. But, you can always think about the less fortunate in our community, no matter what time of year it is. That is why the local chapter of Bikers Against Bullies is hosting a fun ride to raise funds to buy local kids gifts this Christmas.

What is Bikers Against Bullies? According to the official website, their mission statement reads:

"BAB USA is a not-for-profit group created by bikers -- but not limited to bikers -- that is committed to creating awareness and educating both children and adults on the benefits of living in a society of respect for each other combined with self empowerment.  We strive to create a society in which our mutual respect will create a new role model for others, and through our actions enable others to have the confidence to emulate this behavior and reiterate its positive message to others."

The upcoming Isaac's Ride takes place Saturday August 29th, and will start at 10:30am at Grizzly Harley Davidson in Missoula. The ride will take you down the beautiful Bitterroot Valley for a FREE lunch provided by UpNSmokin BBQ in Stevensville. Registration is only $25 which includes the ride, lunch and a commemorative patch. All proceeds will go towards buying Christmas gifts for Missoula children.

As if you needed a reason to go for a ride this summer. Here is your chance to squeeze some more summer fun out of what is left of riding season. Plus you score some serious heaven points by helping out some kiddos here in western Montana.

Get pre-registered NOW or register at the event on August 29th.
