System of a Down + Tool Lead 2019 Chicago Open Air
The festival rollouts continue! Chicago Open Air is the latest event to reveal its 2019 lineup, with System of a Down and Tool heading up the two-day concert event the weekend of Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19.
Chicago Open Air is a Danny Wimmer Presents festival, co-produced by Live Nation, with bands and fans alike flocking to SeatGeek Stadium (formerly Toyota Park) in Bridgeview, Ill., just outside of Chicago.
System of a Down will close out the Saturday (May 18) festivities, with Ghost, Meshuggah, Beartooth, Code Orange, Knocked Loose and Vein also set to play.
Tool will wrap up the music weekend on Sunday (May 19) after sets from The Prodigy, Gojira, In This Moment, Fever 333, The Black Dahlia Murder and Alien Weaponry.
