At long last, you get to live out your dream of singing along to 'The Final Countdown' IRL. Swedish band Europe have just announced a show at The Wilma, set for July 20th. Tickets are $35 with an online only pre-sale this Thursday, and general on sale this Friday, March 6th at Rockin' Rudy's and online.

Over three decades after they came together and dozens of millions albums sold, Joey Tempest (vocals), John Norum (guitars), Mic Michaeli (keyboards), John Leven (bass) and Ian Haugland (drums) are as strong as ever, playing concerts annually Worldwide and producing albums that are critically acclaimed by fans and the music industry alike.

Formed near Stockholm, Sweden, Europe released their self-titled debut album in 1983. It was followed by Wings of Tomorrow in 1984. Their popularity skyrocketed in 1986 when they released their third album, The Final Countdown. It sold 7 million records worldwide and the single was number one in over 25 countries and still is a big anthem all over the world. The album spent 70 weeks on the Billboard Charts and had four Top 40 singles. 2016 found the band marking a milestone in their career, the 30th anniversary of their landmark album, The Final Countdown.
