Tim Montana Seeks Montana’s Oldest Bars
Our buddy country singer Tim Montana has been swapping backstage passes for bar tabs, and this time the stage will be Montana itself. He’s visiting historic saloons and legendary watering holes that have lasted the test of time.
“I’ve teamed up with my friends from Slow & Low dating back to the 1880s,” Tim says. “And as the owner of a historical bar in Montana, I said I want to take the Slow & Low band across Big Sky Country and showcase other historic and cool watering holes and bars across the state of Montana.”
Enter your favorite OLD MONTANA BAR! Tim needs your help choosing which bars to go to. Whether it’s a dusty dive in Drummond or a stool in the Two Dot Bar in beautiful Two Dot, MT, if your bar has a story, Tim is looking for it.
Tim is traveling with a camera crew, a completely restored Chevy van with a bar in the back (seriously), and the team behind Slow & Low. So this thing’s going to be a bit documentary, a bit road trip, and all Montana.
If your local bar has been around since Prohibition, had a horse walk through the doors at one point, or still has phone numbers scrawled on the bathroom wall from the 1970s, it might get the pass.
Leave a comment on Tim’s page, tag a dive bar of your choice, or slide into his DM, with your pitch. All Montana bars have a story. We can't wait to hear what Tim finds.
