One week after announcing their fifth full-length release will be titled Fear Inoculum, Tool have unveiled the album art for the forthcoming record, vowing to release the title track Wednesday (Aug. 7).

As the Aug. 30 release date of Fear Inoculum approaches, Tool have adopted a unified digital approach, streamlining their social media pages and finally uploading their discography to digital and streaming services.

The new album art was revealed through Tool's social media pages and can be seen below. If you hit play, the psychedelic effect of the art intensifies with a trippy digital effect.

Earlier today (Aug. 5), it was reported that Adam Jones confirmed the length of Fear Inoculum — 85 minutes — noting that it contains seven tracks in addition to a pair of transitions. He also stated that the number seven is a recurring theme of the record.
