Under The Big Sky Festival Line Up Announced for 2022

Have you experienced the Under The Big Sky festival in Whitefish yet? It's a fairly new festival but has quickly secured its place as an anticipated annual event for music lovers. This year's line-up has been announced by the good people at Outriders Present, see below for all the bands and artists playing in 2022.

Under The Big Sky isn't just music--there's also a rodeo, round-up, and a variety of activities that make it a true festival. Promoters like to throw around the word "festival" but this event truly delivers.

Who is performing?

"The festival headliners blaze a trail across the musical sounds of the West," including indie rockers Lord Huron, returning outlaw country icon Cody Jinks, psychedelic soul from Austin’s Black Pumas, Nashville darling Margo Price, the arena-filling bluegrass of Trampled by Turtles, rapidly rising pop-country crossover Morgan Wade and the irrepressible Hogslop String Band among others. As ever, Under The Big Sky will champion the best of Montana with performances from The Lil Smokies, Hannah King, Michelle Rivers, and Emily Clark. Under The Big Sky’s location is absolutely stunning and just minutes from downtown Whitefish. It's a 350-acre site of grassy meadows and natural amphitheaters and a backdrop of mountain views, streams, and railway bridges, making it one of the West’s most unique musical events. Enjoying eclectic progressive music, a full rough stock rodeo experience, trail rides, petting zoos, and food and beverages with your crew will be the highlight of your summer, no doubt.
