Dayum Paul! Back at it again with the kick-ass cover. A local metalhead and frontman of Ceres, has done it again. This time doing an oldie but a goodie. With a little help from his pal and bandmate Dan, they managed to put an awesome metal spin on the classic "Mamas and the Papas" song "California Dreamin."

As you can tell, Paul has transformed his home into a digital playland for making music. In case you missed it from a few weeks ago, Paul did an excellent job putting together a cover of the Alanis Morrisette hit "You Outta Know."

Little did I know, but Paul has apparently had a lot of time on his hands this Fall. In between his Alanis Morrisette cover and the most recent "Mamas and the Papas" cover, Paul also managed to put his metal spin on the Thompson Twins. Prepare to sing along with your best "OH OH OH OH OW!" as Paul does his cover of Thomson Twins hit "Dr. Dream."

So what is next for Paul? What other covers would you like to see him put his metal spin on? Email me kc@963theblaze.com with your suggestions, and I will be sure to pass them on to Paul himself.

Also, with the holidays near, don't forget to add this gem to your holiday playlist. Take a moment to enjoy the musical masterpiece that is Paul's band Ceres, and their cover of Weird Al Yankovic's "The Night Santa Went Crazy."
