Western Montana Hunters & Anglers Raising Funds To Take Local Kids Camping & Fishing
The good people at Hellgate Hunters & Anglers are having a fundraiser this Saturday at Karl Tyler Chevrolet.
Ben, a board member, is helping put on Saturday's event and says the proceeds will stay right here in the community and will be used to take kids of single parents, who may not have the means or knowledge to take the kids out themselves, out for fun in the wilderness. He says they'll learn things like camping safety and how to fish.
The HHA mission statement is "To conserve Montana’s wildlife, wild places,
and fair-chase hunting and fishing heritage" and the group is affiliated with the
Montana Wildlife Federation and the National Wildlife Federation.
