You Tell Us: What Store/Restaurant Should Come to Missoula?

The conversation started with Perkins closing their doors yesterday and then turned to what business we would like to see come to town.  And it doesn't have to be just something to fill the old Perkins space - it can be a new business anywhere in town.

So what would you like to see in Missoula?
