Russian Guy Street Surfs

The thunderstorms we have witnessed this weekend have brought some decent rain. But not enough to flood the streets. In years past, I have attempted to kayak Hillview. Back in 2002 I was living up near the top of Hillview and when a BIG storm would roll through, a guy could almost float down the street. In Russia, they take it to the next level and surf down the streets.

According to guyspeed.com "Heavy rain in the town of Irkutsk caused some of the streets to be flooded. As cars attempted to drive past the rising water, the wakeboarder got some help from his friend with an SUV to change Irkutsk into Surf City, Russia."
