As winter continues, more and more of us are heading to the hills for some downhill fun. Each year we strap slick sticks to our feet and gracefully fall down a hill. But, none of it would be made possible, if it wasn't for the chair lift. You would be crazy to think that I am going to spend hours hiking up a mountain in waist deep snow, just for 10 minutes of downhill exhilaration.

But, sometimes lifts breakdown. I personally have been lowered from a lift after a mechanical breakdown. And from my experience, it doesn't look like a long jump until you are dangling from a rope.

We are no strangers to high wind gusts, in our part of the world. But, in Austria, footage has recently surfaced of a group of skiers trapped in 100 mph wind. How would you handle this situation?
