I have always been a big guy. No matter how hard I try to be skinny. I am always going to be a big guy. I have tried just about every diet in the book. But, diets rarely work. Because they make me crave foods more after restricting them so much. So, inevitably I find myself falling off the diet and overeating again.

When it comes to cravings while dieting, I have a strange one. While on a diet, i have found that I don't crave sugar, fat, or carbs as much as I CRAVE french fries. After a few weeks of starving myself to lose weight, I will gladly step over my own Grandmother to pick up a box of fresh fries.

Now, Montana may not known for potatoes like our neighbor Idaho. But, we share a lot of the same soil and climate for growing good potatoes. And we also know how to properly prepare a proper potato. And when it comes to french fries, everyone is a connoisseur. (Just debate someone about who has the best fast-food fries.)

Love Food recently scoured the internet to find the best French Fries in America. Landing on the best spots to get amazing fries in each state. After searching the entire state of Montana, Love Food discovered Montana's best fries are located at a tiny restaurant in Missoula.

According to Love Food

Gyros restaurants often have some of the best fries around, and The Greek Pastry Shop is a perfect example of that. Perfectly crispy and traditionally seasoned, the fries here are perfect as a side, or with fresh feta crumbled over the top for that extra cheesy and salty kick. No matter what else you order here, make sure you get a portion of the best fries in Big Sky Country.

I wholeheartedly agree that #1 Gyros has AMAZING fries. They are always fresh, and hot and the crunch is outstanding. Give them a squeeze of lemon and some feta, and you won't be disappointed.
