The line up for the 2012 Sasquatch Festival at The Gorge was announced on Friday.  Headliners are Beck and Jack White, however I will be making my annual trek specifically to see the amazingly talented Silversun Pickups and legendary Tenacious D. Also stoked for Metric & The Joy Formidable. As usual it runs the 4 days of Memorial Day weekend, tickets go on sale this Saturday and do include parking and camping again this year.  Full line up here.

Ever since Puddle of Mudd played the Wilma here in Missoula a few months back, it seems singer Wes Scantlin is having nothing but problems.  After dealing with a divorce and tax problems, TMZ now reports that the 39-year-old was pulled over in the early morning of January 12th in Culver City, California for an unknown traffic violation. The report states that Scantlin showed signs of being intoxicated and a search revealed he was in possession of a controlled substance -- "some kind of powder and pills." Scantlin was booked for felony possession and released a few hours later after posting $10,000 bail.

Finally somebody is tapping into Dave Grohl’s true talent, comedy. Dave's the executive producer of a pilot for FX starring comedian Dana Gould. Deadline.com says the show "centers on a rock band on the verge of mega-stardom who finds itself on the verge of breaking up and is forced to seek professional help in a last-ditch effort to stay together. Unfortunately, they end up with a misanthropic couple's therapist from Agoura on the brink of divorce."  Dana Gould is a stand up comedian and writes for The Simpsons.
