You HAVE to see this video. Here's the breakdown. 80-year-old Laverne of California wanted a little action and adventure for her 80th birthday. What she got was a skydiving trip that nearly killed her because she spazzed out and changed her mind at the last minute. Grandma actually slipped out of her harness after the jump! Luckily, her tandem instructor caught her and held onto her until they landed.

How awesome would that have looked in the obits though? 'Grandma Laverne, age 80, died while skydiving...' while all of the other old people are listed as 'natural causes'. She could have been legendary!
