It's a common thought that in America, 50% of all marriages end in divorce, and while that's not exactly true (43% of first marriages do), it is true for my family.
My mom had 3 sisters; she and one sister have been married just once, while my other two aunts have both been divorced.
The straw that broke the camel's back and caused their divorce was for different reasons, but they probably aren't that different from other divorced couples.

What we're trying to say here is that while there are different reasons people get divorced, there are some reasons that seem to pop up more often than not.
