Logjam Reveals 1st Kettlehouse Concert Of 2022 – And It’s An Exciting One
Earlier this week, Logjam Presents took to Instagram to tease an upcoming concert announcement for the Kettlehouse Amphitheater. And of course, speculation started to run wild - after a killer 2021 that included performances from Modest Mouse, Death Cab For Cutie, Wilco, Sleater-Kinney, Brandi Carlile, Kip Moore, Steve Miller Band, ZZ Top, and more, how were they going to top themselves for the 2022 summer concert season?
Turns out, we didn't have to wait long to find out what they were announcing!
Goo Goo Dolls Are Performing At Kettlehouse Amphitheater on July 18th, 2022
Logjam Presents made their first announcement for the upcoming Kettlehouse season today: Goo Goo Dolls will be coming by to perform, with Blue October opening for them.
This is a strong start to what I'm sure will be many exciting concert announcements over the next few months. Goo Goo Dolls are one of those definitive alternative rock bands from the late '90s/early 2000s, known for their big hits like "Iris" and "Slide." Although I've always felt that their song "Broadway" was supremely underrated, this is low-key one of the best songs of that era.
Tickets for the show are going on sale this Friday, December 3rd, at 10 AM. You'll be able to get them through Logjam's website.
Think you'll be checking out Goo Goo Dolls at Kettlehouse this summer? What other bands are you hoping to see in the concert lineup when it's all said and done?
