Missoula Born Celebrity Announces a Sequel to Your Favorite Movie
Hollywood sure is having a tough time coming up with new ideas. It has been nothing but reboots of classic movies or sequels to past favorites. Which is okay with me for now. I have to say that I am enjoying some of the nostalgia behind some of these reboots and sequels. Im not going to lie, I may have cried a little bit during the end of "Ghostbusters: Afterlife."
It appears that one of your all-time favorites may be getting a highly anticipated sequel. A set of movies that you may have watched dozens of times over the last 30 years. One of the best movies inspired by SNL skits. Im talking about none other than "WAYNE'S WORLD."
Missoula-born actor and comedian, Dana Carvey, has said in a recent interview that "Wayne's World 3 is on the horizon."
Dana Carvey told People magazine that the Wayne's World saga may soon become a trilogy.
The Saturday Night Live alum, 67, told PEOPLE on Sunday night at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., that he is "always game" to reunite with Myers, 59, for a third installment of Wayne's World.
"Yes, it is," Carvey said when asked if a Wayne's World 3 is on the horizon. "I don't know. Maybe we'll do it in puppets. I'm not sure."
Dana spent many summers in Montana, specifically in Great Falls and the small town of Dixon. His parents and grandparents are native Montanans as well. Did you know both his parents graduated from the University of Montana? His grandfather was even a manager at the Great Falls Brewery in the 1930s for many years.
We are excited to see Dana back on the big screen, reprising his role as the notorious Garth Algar.
