Montana Resident Might Bring Back Role as Batman
The Batman movie franchise has been going on for over 30 years. Yet, some might argue it has been going since the 60's. But, for the sake of today's blog, let's just start with the Tim Burton "Batman" movies. You may remember the original "Batman" movie from 1989. Starring Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, Kim Basinger. It was the classic Batman plot of the battle between Batman and the Joker. Or maybe you remember Batman Returns, with the Penguin and Catwoman. The common denominator in both of these films is they starred Michael Keaton as Batman. Many of high profile actors have played Batman on the big screen since, but in my opinion, Michael Keaton was the greatest. It was right around the height in popularity of both of these films, that Michael Keaton decided to move to Montana.
Well, now it appears that Keaton may bring back his role as Bruce Wayne in the upcoming "Flash" movie.
According to The Wrap
After nearly 30 years, Michael Keaton is in talks to return to the role of Batman, to appear alongside Ezra Miller in Warner Bros.’ upcoming movie “The Flash,”
No details are currently available about how big or small Keaton’s role is.
Regardless of the size of the role, it will be great to see Michael Keaton on the big screen as the DARK KNIGHT.
Now if only we can talk im Burton and Michael Keaton into making that Beetlejuice sequel.
