This past weekend, I was heading to a movie at the Roxy Theater here in Missoula - and I live pretty close by, so I walked over there. And when I did, I noticed something that surprised me - the new building for Clyde Coffee is finally finished, and the shop is officially open!

I guess I didn't realize how far along construction on the building was - but sure enough, when I walked past, there were people both inside and hanging out on the outdoor patio. It's a much bigger space than their old location, with a lot more room for people to spread out.

Clyde Coffee has been a favorite spot for students at the University of Montana since it's so close to campus, and luckily the new spot is right down the street from where the old one was. And with school now back in session, I'm guessing they're going to be pretty busy for a while.

Clyde Coffee has been promoting the grand reopening on social media with different deals and giveaways - they've even got their own merch wall now!

If you're looking to check out the new spot, Clyde Coffee's new location is 741 South Higgins, right across the street from The Roxy and across the parking lot from the Missoula Senior Center. It's pretty exciting to see them back in action - although hopefully supply delays don't force them to raise their prices, which is a distinct possibility for a lot of coffee shops in the next year.

Think you'll be heading out to see the new Clyde Coffee building?
