Mac Gamers, Your 7-Year Wait For ‘Quake 4′ Is Over

If you’re really into computer gaming, odds are you don’t use a Mac. Big-budget game publishers have such a history of neglecting the platform that Mac gamers have gotten used to the abuse and gleefully accept any crumb tossed their way. The latest of these is the all-but-forgotten fragfest Quake 4.

The 2005 game, which seemed dated even when it was released, is now available to MacDaddies for the head-scratchingly high price of $19.99. That’s about a penny for every broken dream Mac gamers have had crushed since Quake 4′s heyday.

To get the game, head to the Mac App Store or GameAgent. Even better advice: Go another seven years without it.
