Jonathan Davis is exploring more of the electronic music the band incorporated into its sound with The Path to Totality. Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme and his former Kyuss bandmate Scott Reeder have filed a trademark infringement and consumer fraud suit against their former bandmates John Garcia and Brant Bjork, who toured last year using the name Kyuss Lives! A statement from Homme and Reeder says, "We made every attempt to help them continue Kyuss Lives! respectfully. Only to discover...Kyuss Lives! management and band had filed federal documents in 2011 in an attempt to steal the name Kyuss... This is desperately what we were trying to avoid. It's a sad day for us and for [them], but most of all for the fans. What a needless mess."

You should definitely check out Kyuss, killer stuff. Nick Oliveri is supposed to be in this band too but he's too busy going to jail.
