Stevensville Habitat for Humanity Home to be Dedicated Friday
The Ballas family has a new home. It is the 10th Habitat for Humanity building project in Ravalli County. They will have a dedication ceremony Friday, January 26 at 5:30 p.m.
The home was built at 3584 Trading Post Lane by volunteers and the family who will now live in the home. The Habitat for Humanity organization will have cake and beverages at the dedication ceremony. Jordan Silva, Ravalli County Habitat Executive Director thanked all who have contributed to make the project a reality. The organization started in the Bitterroot Valley in in 1998. Since then they have partnered with ten families who helped build and then purchase new homes in Hamilton, Darby, Corvallis and Stevensville.
The organization is also pleased with the continued patronage of their Re-sale Center across from the Ravalli County Fairgrounds on Old Corvallis Road. The hours of the Hamilton center are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need more information, check the local Habitat for Humanity website.
