We have all been to at least one Griz game at Washington-Grizzly Stadium. If you have'nt, then your are missing out on a major piece of Missoula culture. The stadium during a game can get straight up deafening. Especially if you are seated anywhere near the student section or the North end zone (as the play by play announcer, Mick Holein, says "Where the crazies live")

According to Bleacherreport.com " We don't normally dip down into the FCS ranks to find a competitor for the loudest stadium, but Washington-Grizzly Stadium can't be overlooked.

Montana may only pack 26,000 into the stadium, but they show up no matter how cold or miserable it is outside. Therefore, they are feisty and primed to make some noise."

Wa-Griz stadium may have only ranked 49 in the top 50, but keep in mind that our stadium is only a fraction of the size of the BCS teams that we were up against. That is very impressive. Just listen to the commentary from the App St vs Griz game last time we were in the playoffs.

Remember that our Montana Grizzlies take on the Central Arkansas Bears this Saturday at noon and you can listen to the entire game play by play right here on your favorite Rock station 96.3 The Blaze.
