What Meat Should We Beat (The Competition During Fair Week)?

The Western Montana Fair kicks off tomorrow, and we are anticipating the cooking competition between yours truly, and the Fair's culinary superintendent.

Helen has been giving me a hard time for years. Claiming that I can not hold a candle to her jedi cooking skills. Little does she know, that I am quite the culinary whiz. When I asked Helen what the competition was going to be centered around, she told me it will be a "free for all/deathmatch." What does that mean? It means that she has already picked a tried and true dish and I will have to come up with something before Thursday.
