Bitterroot’s Best High School Basketball Players Gather Tuesday

The high school basketball season is over in Montana - almost!

The annual Kiwanis All-Valley All Star Basketball Classic is back again this year in the Bitterroot Valley.

The local Kiwanis Club gets the best players from all valley A, B and C basketball teams and presents two games with the former rivals playing on the same teams. Kiwanis coaches will be sending the girls teams to the Hamilton High School gym floor at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 14. The boys' competition starts about 8 p.m.

You'll see players from Darby, Hamilton, Corvallis, Victor, Stevensville and Florence.

In between the games is the popular "3-point contest," where players will try to make as many 3-point baskets in a limited time.

Admission price is $4 and the money will benefit the many Bitterroot Valley youth programs supported by the Kiwanis Club.
