Yesterday I stumbled across a video of a chick who is obviously high on something, talking complete nonsense to her neighbors. Even though she doesn't make a lot of sense, I gather that she is trying to tell us that she is a secret agent/ U.S Marshall, codenamed "Ketchup Mustard." Stay in school kids!
