Inspired by TikTok: It’s Meg Ryan Fall at Missoula’s Roxy Theater

It's a new month, which means it's a new slate of movies over at The Roxy Theater in Missoula! And if you're on TikTok, you may already be aware that it's now Meg Ryan Fall - people are getting into the idea of getting cozy and comfy for the fall weather, and imitating the style of Meg Ryan in so many of her movies. So why not watch a bunch of Meg Ryan movies to celebrate?

Sweater Weather: A Meg Ryan Series

The Roxy Theater will be showing four classic Meg Ryan movies throughout the month of November. They are:

Sleepless in Seattle - Wednesday, November 3rd

Joe vs. the Volcano - Wednesday, November 10th (Presented in 35mm!)

You've Got Mail - Wednesday, November 17th

When Harry Met Sally... - Wednesday, November 24th

Movie Cult Series

New releases this month at the Roxy include films like Last Night in Soho, The French Dispatch, and Licorice Pizza, and this month, the weekly Movie Cult series on Saturday nights is showing off earlier films from the directors of those movies. Those include:

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (from Last Night in Soho director Edgar Wright) - Saturday, November 6th

Fantastic Mr. Fox (from The French Dispatch director Wes Anderson) - Saturday, November 13th

Boogie Nights (from Licorice Pizza director Paul Thomas Anderson) - Saturday, November 27th

But Wait, There's More!

The annual post-Thanksgiving screening of The Last Waltz takes place on Friday, November 26th. Also on the 26th will see the return of the monthly series Trash Talk, this time around showing Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses. 

Throughout the month, the Roxy has also got screenings of Minari, Rudy, Moulin Rouge!, and more.
