Ninety-nine percent of the time, if you're at Rock on the Range, you're probably a huge fan of loud rock music. Curb Your Enthusiasm star JB Smoove would be in the other one percent. Of course, he was at RotR as a performer; he was one of the headliners of the comedy tent and he started his set admitting that he'd never heard of any of the bands on the bill.

Which didn't stop him from talking about some of the bands with Loudwire's Josh Bernstein (the interview was part of the LiveXLive live stream of the festival).

When asked about Three Days Grace, he noted, “They are absolutely fabulous, because that’s the grace period before your landlord throw your ass out the house. You get a three-day grace period. ‘I told your ass the first day, get that damn rent money to me, but you didn’t listen.' Your ass went out somewhere and spent all the rent money on something else, like some new girl you met, and now your three-day grace period for all your stuff is gonna be out on the sidewalk.”

Speaking on Black Veil Brides, Smoove continued to take band names rather literally. “I love a black wedding,” he began. “I’m a black guy, so I love a black wedding. It’s always great to go to a good black wedding with a good reverend who knows how to get the crowd all amped up.”
