The new Hamilton High Sports Complex bleachers hold about 1,600 people. More than that attended the initial football game on the SprintTurf field just south of Hamilton High School. And they were happy with the final score as Hamilton defeated Miles City 53 to 20 in a key quarterfinal State Class A football game and continue into a semi-final game next Saturday.

The Broncs scored early and often with three touchdowns in the first quarter, two in the second quarter and three more TDs in the final half. And, again this year, by the end of the game they led by over 35 points, which in Montana high school football causes the game clock to run except for time-outs. The Broncs will play Columbia Falls next Saturday in Semi-final action. Elsewhere in Class A quarterfinal action November 3rd, Corvallis was defeated by Laurel 49 to 6. Columbia Falls beat Lewistown 23 to 22 and Billings Central beat Dillon 38-13. By the way, the first Bronc to score a touchdown in the new stadium - Michael Golden.
