These Top Retailers in Montana Will Close on Thanksgiving Day
It is wild to think that we are nearing the holidays so quickly. Soon the annual hustle will commence on gathering holiday gifts and cooking up holiday meals. The annual kick-off to the season always seems to fall on Thanksgiving. Many Americans are gearing up for the biggest shopping day of the year the day following the annual feast. Black Friday has become a sight to be seen, as people resort to a combat style of shopping.
The Black Friday craze and retailers offering "doorbuster deals," has gotten so huge that it began bleeding into the Thanksgiving holiday. More and more retailers began offering "doorbuster deals" on Thanksgiving day. Which inevitably lured customers away from spending time with their families, just to stand in line for a deal on a television.
Ever since the pandemic in 2020, retailers began noticing that more and more people are shopping online. Proving that they do not need to remain open on Thanksgiving and still make sales. Not to mention, they do not need to schedule staffing on the family holiday. Instead, retailers are choosing to close their doors on Thanksgiving and save all their energy for the BIG Black Friday shopping extravaganza.
