Eye Contact Jewelry – Gross or Awesome?

Yes, this is jewelry hanging out of this girl's eye. It's connected to her contact.

I still haven't decided if this is gross, awesome, or both. Judging by the reactions of the office chicks, it's gross. Definitely interesting, and certainly less painful than a nipple ring as far as getting ripped out in the mosh pit goes.

Apparently this Eric guy who tried to market these began testing in 2008 and nothing came of it. First time we've seen it. Yuck.
