2014 Soundwave Festival Lineup Revealed: Avenged Sevenfold, Green Day, Alice in Chains + More

I saw the line up for Soundwave this morning and almost fell off the toilet. I just wanted to text all my friends and announce that a trip to Australia is in order!Of course I will not be going to Australia, and I doubt you will. But check out this insanely killer line up. It's damn close to my dream show. You've got some alt, punk & metal in there. If nothing else, we'll get to see a live stream or YouTube vids from the performances. Two words to describe those who are attending: lucky bastards.

We're talking about Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Temple Pilots and Alice in Chains as headliners. Plus Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Megadeth, AFI, Korn, Volbeat, Alter Bridge, Trivium, Down, DevilDriver, Asking Alexandria, Clutch, Alkaline Trio, Baroness, Testament, Living Color, Motionless in White, Gwar, Black Dahlia Murder, Mushroomhead and that's not even the full line up, there will still be more bands announced.

The 2013 Soundwave Festival will tour Australia in five different venues and cities, kicking off on Feb. 22 in Brisbane and continuing on to Sydney on Feb. 23, Melbourne on Feb. 28, Adelaide on March 1 and Perth on March 3.
